Your Detox Day includes
The afternoon moves in 30-minute sessions with little breaks in between — hydration, light snacks, and space to breathe. If you’d like, there are also optional little fireside growth sessions you can join in between. Come comfy, bring a swimsuit if you’d like to swim, and plan to slow down for the afternoon.
Weather permitting — once it starts getting colder, these afternoons move indoors into our spa area.
